What Cutam does

Cutam finds the cheapest offer for a product in Lagos markets and sells it to you. Our team buys the item from a trusted market supplier and sends it to you by courier. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: the item, our fee and delivery are all shown before you order.

Prices from other shops that we show next to ours are for comparison only. We do not sell for them and we do not send you to them.

Paying

• You pay through Paystack by card or bank transfer. We never see or keep your card details.
• Pay now: you pay the whole order online. Pay on delivery: you pay the delivery fee, and any service fee shown at checkout, online, and pay the rest in cash at the door to the courier. On a first order over ₦100,000, 20% of the item price is also paid online. After 2 orders are refused at the door, only pay now is offered.
• An order that is not paid within 30 minutes is cancelled, and nothing is charged.
• Your order is confirmed only when Paystack tells us the payment went through.

Delivery

• We deliver within Lagos. You will get a tracking number by email once your order is sent.
• Please check the item when it arrives. If it is not what you ordered, refuse it and email us.

Refunds

Our refund rules say when you get your money back and how much.
