How to ask

Email support@cutam.ng with your order number and what went wrong.

How much you get back

• You get a full refund if your order has not been shipped.
• If the order was shipped, you get your money back, but the delivery fee is kept if it was shipped and refused, because the courier has already been paid.
• A refund is never more than what you paid for the order.

How the money comes back

We refund through Paystack to the card or account you paid from. It usually arrives within a few working days, depending on your bank.
