What we keep

• When you order or request a product: your name, email, phone number and delivery address.
• Your order: what you bought, the amounts and each step of delivery.
• A photo you search with or attach to a request. Search photos are read by Google Gemini to find the product and are not kept by us.
• We do not need an account to buy, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Who sees it

• Our team, to buy and send your order.
• Paystack, to take your payment. Your card details go only to Paystack.
• The courier, who gets your name, phone number and address to deliver.
• Our hosting and email providers (Cloudflare, Supabase), who store it for us.

How long we keep it

Order details stay while you might need them for a refund or a question. Every change to an order, payment or refund is written to a history that is kept for 6 years for tax and cannot be changed.

Deleting your details

Email support@cutam.ng to ask us to delete your details. Once none of your orders is on its way, we remove your name, email, phone number and address from every order and request made with your email, and tell you when it is done. The order history above still holds your details from before you asked, and is only read for tax or to settle a dispute. We keep a scrambled code of your email and phone, not the details themselves, so an order refused at the door still counts if you order again.
